How do I purchase items from the Calm Store, using my NDIS funding?

 

This depends on how your NDIS funds are managed (if you’re not sure, speak to your Local Area Coordinator – search here https://www.ndis.gov.au/contact/locations – or call the NDIS on 1800 800 110).

1) If you are Plan Managed, email your order details (a screen shot of your shopping cart is an easy way to do this) to: info@calmstore.com.au
Ensure you include the following information:

  • NDIS participant’s full name
  • Date of birth
  • Postal address
  • Plan Manager’s email address
  • Order details, including items, sizes & quantities (or a screen shot of your cart)

An invoice will be created and emailed to your plan manager, and we will ship your order as soon as payment clears.

2) If you are Self-Managed, checkout and pay for your order as usual. Then email us to request an NDIS invoice (we will also include a hard copy with your order) – info@calmstore.com.au

3) If you are NDIA Managed, email your order details (a screen shot of your shopping cart is an easy way to do this) to: info@calmstore.com.au
Ensure you include the following information:

  • NDIS participant’s full name
  • Date of birth
  • NDIS number
  • Postal address
  • Order details, including items, sizes & quantities (or a screen shot of your cart)

Please note in your email that you are NDIA managed. We will submit your claim to the NDIS portal on your behalf and ship your order as soon as payment clears.
