We stock two models of MindPlace Light & Sound Meditation Systems – the more affordable “Limina” and the best selling, fully featured “Kasina”. These systems are designed to help you achieve a blissful state of relaxation, no matter how inexperienced you are with meditating!
All you have to do is put on the headphones and frames, sit back, relax and let your mind follow the frequencies. Just listen to a session a day (which can be as short as 5 minutes or as long as 45 minutes), and before you know it, you’ll be feeling the benefits. The more you use it, the better you’ll feel. It really is that easy!
