Shipping & Returns

Flat rate shipping $9.95 per order for standard post, $13.95 for express. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100. We ship to Australia only. Express shipping option not available for NDIS orders.

Standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, express orders received by 5pm are shipped next business day. Large NDIS orders may take up to 5 business days. From there, delivery is based on Australia Post estimates, which can be found here (note we are in Victoria).

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Buyer is to pay return postage, unless the product is faulty. Please contact us via the contact page to arrange a return.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
