I purchased a balancing style fidget ring as an Xmas gift for my daughter. Purchasing was easy and it arrived promptly, even with all the pre-Xmas covid postal challenges. I held off giving it to her until her bday in March at which point we realised it was WAY to big. I emailed to arrange an exchange, expecting an issue due to the period since purchase but Neva was Amazing to deal with! Thoroughly professional and prompt with emails. The delay meant an exchange in ring size was no longer available, but Neva offered two similar alternatives  and when they weren’t quite right for Miss 16, Neva directed me to another store where I could source the size I needed. This meant she lost the sale but gave me amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!! R. Whittaker

I wanted to by the Little Lotus Table Chime, but was nervous it may not have had the sound quality I needed. Buying online has drawbacks as you can’t ‘test’ products prior to purchase. The staff went out of their way to help with my inquiry on this product and recorded the sound of the chime so I could hear it. I was not only pleased with the quality of the sound, but absolutely pleased with the quality of customer service. I can’t recommend these guys High enough! Firstly their communication has been incredible. One of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock. They emailed me immediately with a few options. They could just refund me or they offered a different item and refund the difference. They ended up refunding the total cost of the item that they didn’t have in stock but still sent a replacement item of a different sort WOW! And THEN I emailed when our order arrived, to say thank you and and advised them son broke 2 things within minutes. Which was a shame but he was obviously too rough. They have just emailed back offering to send a few different items to see whether they are more durable – wow! Amazing! Thank you – truely look after your customers and I will 100% be ordering again.
