High quality, black & silver sky design, stainless steel ring, anti allergy, scratch resistant. The well-polished inner surface makes this ring comfortable to wear.
Calming rings have an outer band which freely spins around the base of the ring, when rotated with your fingers.
You can channel anxious energy into fidgeting with the bands, and clear your mind by focusing on the rhythmic sound and sensation of spinning the rings.
This works in a similar way to other items traditionally used for stress relief, such as Tibetan Prayer Wheels.
Simply spinning the band on your ring, while taking some slow, deep breaths, can discretely restore a sense of calmness, no matter where you are.
For even greater benefit, practice associating the use of your calming ring with something positive. Every day, think of a pleasant memory, or spend time somewhere you love, while spinning your band. In times of need, when you spin your ring those calming memories and thoughts will return.
Calming rings aren’t just for adults – they can also help children focus, and calm anxious or negative thoughts.
An important note about sizing: the most accurate way to determine your ring size (if you don’t already know it) is to drop into your nearest jeweller and ask them to size your finger. Our rings are sold using either US sizes (e.g. numbers 5-12) or AU sizes (e.g. letters J1/2 to Y). You can use the international ring size chart (in the image gallery) to convert between sizes.
If you do happen to choose the wrong size, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges (customer pays return post, we provide complimentary shipping of the new ring back to customer).
