This premium quality, handmade meditation ring is made of solid 925 Sterling Silver. It features a highly polished finish with three colour tones and a 10mm wide band. A beautiful and functional piece of jewellery.
The outer bands of the ring spin freely around the inner band.
These rings can be used to relieve nervous energy. The practice of turning the bands helps to reduce negative thoughts and keeps fingers busy to relieve stress and bring you back the present moment.
This works in a similar way to other items traditionally used for stress relief, such as Tibetan Prayer Wheels.
Simply turning the bands on your ring, while taking some slow, deep breaths, can discretely restore a sense of calmness, no matter where you are.
For even greater benefit, practice associating the use of your calming ring with something positive. Every day, think of a pleasant memory, or spend time somewhere you love, while turning your bands. In times of need, when you spin your ring those calming memories and thoughts will return.

An important note about sizing: the most accurate way to determine your ring size (if you don’t already know it) is to drop into your nearest jeweller and ask them to size your finger. Our rings are sold using either US sizes (e.g. numbers 5-12) or AU sizes (e.g. letters J1/2 to Y). You can use the international ring size chart (in the image gallery) to convert between sizes.
If you do happen to choose the wrong size, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges (customer pays return post, we provide complimentary shipping of the new ring back to customer).
