Calming rings have an outer band which freely spins around the base of the ring, when rotated with your fingers.

This works in a similar way to other items traditionally used for stress relief, such as Tibetan Prayer Wheels.
Simply spinning the band on your ring, while taking some slow, deep breaths, can discretely restore a sense of calmness, no matter where you are.

An important note about sizing: the most accurate way to determine your ring size (if you don’t already know it) is to drop into your nearest jeweller and ask them to size your finger. Our rings are sold using either US sizes (e.g. numbers 5-12) or AU sizes (e.g. letters J1/2 to Y). You can use the international ring size chart (in the image gallery) to convert between sizes.
